STORY
This collection was inspired by my better half—my husband. This wonderful man has done his best to navigate the emotional rollercoaster that can come with the natural phases of the female hormone cycle. In an effort to help him know when to offer space, bring chocolate, or just quietly exit the room, I designed this collection as a playful but practical way to signal where I am in my cycle.
Unexpectedly, it also sparked some great conversations and education—giving us both a better understanding of the menstrual, follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases. So really, it’s been a win-win...
The “It’s Just a Phase” collection was thoughtfully designed to reflect the subtle shifts in mood and energy many individuals experience throughout their cycle. Created as a symbolic reminder for partners and those around us to approach with care and understanding, this collection communicates what words sometimes can’t. With bold, expressive apparel, it offers a stylish way to set boundaries and express emotional needs—particularly during more intense phases. A gentle warning, perhaps—but one wrapped in strength, self-awareness, and style.
